It’s been an exciting first month with my primary business, Carbon Copy Pro and apart from drowning in the usual sea of information overload at first, I seem to have joined at a time when Google has started to devalue the quality scores of the ready made Carbon Copy Pro landing websites.
As usual some people have found this all too negative and have decided that it really is not worth the effort to try to find a better way, but luckily not all people think alike. This week, because of the blend of personal devleopment, wealth building training and business building information I have taken in has provided me with a Eureka moment. The benefits of using a system to build your business for you can be the difference between success or failure, either offline or online. Think about Mc Donalds for example, they do not sell the best hamburgers in the world, but they have an enormously siccessful system that does!
There is a terrific book by Michael Gerber, called the E-Myth which is a must read for all small business owners who insist on being involved in everything in their business, from answering the telephone to sweeping the yard you name it, they do it.
The power of having a system is that your focus switches from working IN your business to working ON your business and if you know your numbers then you will understand the real power of having a system is in the leverage.
